At Njoro Precious Schools, we believe that great institutions are built by great people. We continuously seek passionate educators, administrators, and support staff who share our vision of empowering young minds for a purposeful future.

Our recruitment process is transparent, merit-based, and designed to identify individuals who embody our values of excellence, integrity, and innovation.

Online Application

Prospective candidates are required to submit their applications through our online portal or official school email. The application should include:

  • A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Academic and professional certificates
  • A cover letter stating the position applied for and motivation for joining Njoro Precious Schools
  • All applications are reviewed by the recruitment panel to shortlist qualified candidates.

Initial Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited for an initial interview conducted by the Human Resource and Academic Panel.

This stage assesses:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional knowledge and experience
  • Alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and ethos

Candidates may also be asked to share brief insights on classroom management, teamwork, or learner engagement philosophy.

Practical Interview

Candidates who successfully pass the initial interview proceed to the practical interview stage.

This stage involves:

  • Teaching Demonstrations for educators (lesson delivery, learner engagement, and classroom management)
  • Task-based Assessments for non-teaching roles (e.g., administrative, technical, or support roles)
  • Observation and feedback from interview assessors

This helps evaluate real-world competence, creativity, and passion for the role.

During this phase:

  • New staff attend an orientation and induction program
  • They are introduced to the school culture, code of conduct, and operational standards
